Recognised as Wedding Coordinator of the Year – Munster, Catherine is dedicated to helping couples bring their vision to life. She is also a qualified wedding celebrant, which means couples can even hold a unique wedding ceremony here at the hotel.

One Wedding Per Day
At The Lakeside Hotel, we believe your wedding should have our complete attention. That’s why we proudly host only one wedding per day.
This ensures that our entire team is dedicated solely to your celebration. From the moment you arrive to the final dance of the evening, you and your guests will receive the highest level of care and attention.
This approach allows us to create a relaxed, personal atmosphere where every detail is thoughtfully managed and every moment can be fully enjoyed.
The Shannon Suite
Our elegant Shannon Suite provides the perfect setting for your wedding reception. Designed with large windows and plenty of natural light, the suite creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your celebration.
The spacious ballroom can host up to 200 guests, with a private bar and a generous dance floor where you and your guests can celebrate long into the evening.
Every detail of the room has been carefully designed to ensure both comfort and elegance, creating a space that feels both grand and intimate.
A Menu to Remember
Food plays an important role in any wedding celebration. At The Lakeside Hotel, our talented culinary team works closely with couples to create a menu that reflects their tastes and preferences.
As part of your preparation, our Head Chef will host a menu tasting, giving you the opportunity to sample and select the dishes that will be served on your wedding day. From beautifully presented starters to carefully crafted main courses and indulgent desserts, your guests will enjoy a memorable dining experience.
