Hotel Terms & Conditions

• Rates are quoted and charged in Euro inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration.
• Please ensure that you are supplied with a valid booking confirmation number at time of booking. We cannot accept any reservation without this number. If you have not been supplied with this number to date, please contact us in advance and we will supply. If rates are quoted "pps" - this means per person sharing, based on 2 adults. "per room" assumes 2 persons also and all rates include breakfast. Single supplements will apply otherwise.
• To make a booking you must enter the details of a valid credit or debit card legally held by you.
• The balance of the accommodation charge as well as any additional costs incurred shall be paid prior to departure.
• Certain packages are with an inclusive activity such as a river cruise or kayak trip. Please note that these are booked with exterior companies and can not be discounted if electively not used. If for any reason, activity is cancelled by supplier, a discount will be applied to your final bill.
• Montravia Ltd Trading as "The Lakeside Hotel & Leisure Centre" accepts no responsibility in the withdrawal of an external suppliers service.
• Rates quoted in special offers are subject to availablity and may refer to midweek only. Please check availability and rates for weekend dates.
• Golden Age offer is valid Sunday- Thursday and excludes mid-term breaks and special events. Golden Years offer is valid for over 55's only.
• Our 10% food & beverage voucher is only applicable to food items in the main bar or restaurant and is not to be used in conjunction with any dining special offers or set menus. Packages which are booked in the family room , the kids dining option for evening meals is from our Kids Menu- Children are considered under 12 years of age. Should your child wish to dine from the adults menu - a supplement will apply.
• On any offer using the term “Family” - this entails a room for two adults and a maximum of two children sharing under 12 years of age - subject to room type availability.
• Check in time is from 3pm. Requests for earlier check ins may be accommodated upon request only, and may incur a surcharge. Check out time is 12 noon.
• Rooms not checked in by 7pm without any prior notice may be released without any further contact.
• The Lakeside Hotel & Leisure Centre is a non smoking hotel. In the event that smoking occurs in a room, a cleaning charge of one nights accommodation will apply to the room account without notice of €125.
• Upon check in a pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card will be required. Should you not present a credit or debit card, you will be asked to pre-pay your complete bill by cash and you will be unable to charge any item to your room during your stay. A €50 deposit is required per day for security on your room, in the event of damages.
• Please note that when the hotel takes a pre-authorisation it is not charging your credit/debit card. A pre authorisation is a security guarantee for payment only. The pre authorisation fund is held on your account by your issuing bank. A pre authorisation can be held on your card for up to a period of 10 working days, and should be released by your issuing bank automatically after this time. If this is not the case, then you should contact your home issuing bank.
• Please be advised we do not have a lift in the main hotel- upon request if available we may be able to offer a ground floor room for any person with accessibility requirements. However we do have a lift in the Waterfront Rooms - which are bookable online or over the phone.
• We advise guests that during their stay the management or staff cannot accept responsibility for valubles or cash left in your hotel room. We strongly advise you to use the safe in your room during your stay.
  If you are found to have caused damage to the hotel during your stay or cause upset to other guests he/she will be asked to leave and incur a fine.
• Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, The Lakeside Hotel & Leisure Centre does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of products in the hotel.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Our Gift Card's are transferrable and may be used for goods and services at The Lakeside Hotel & Leisure Centre only.
• This card has no expiry date
• This card is not a cheque guarantee , debit or credit card
• The Lakeside Hotel will not be liable for lost or stolen cards

• We reserve the right to amend the T&C’s.
• Gift Vouchers purchased online must be printed and presented to the hotel as a part payment or full payment. 
• Gift Vouchers may be partially used and reused in another transaction at a later stage.
• Gift Vouchers are not valid for weddings & events within the hotel.
