Horse Riding

The Activity Centre also offers a range of courses catering from beginners to the more experienced, with both land and waterbased activities.  



Increasingly popular walking routes can be followed on an organised basis. Walks, varying from one day to one week are marked out with distinctive pointers - for maps on walks in the area click here. Clarisford Park has a 1000m running/walking trail, playing and training fields.  It is open to pedestrians with ample parking for casual users.



The lakes, rivers and streams in Clare are rich in salmon, brown trout and a wide variety of coarse fish including pike & bream.
