If rates are quoted "pps" - this means per person sharing, based on 2 adults. "per room" assumes 2 persons also and all rates include breakfast. Single supplements will apply otherwise.
To make a booking you must enter the details of a valid credit or debit card legally held by you. . The balance of the accommodation charge as well as any additional costs incurred shall be paid prior to departure.
To cancel your reservation, please email the hotel directly at email@example.com, quoting the Booking Reference Number issued with your confirmation. Cancellations will only be accepted via email for bookings made through this website.
Certain packages are with an inclusive activity such as a river cruise or kayak trip. Please note that these are booked with exterior companies and can not be discounted if electively not used. If for any reason, activity is cancelled by supplier, a discount will be applied to your final bill.
All packages prices and activities only apply to adults booked. We do not charge for childrens meals or activities at booking stage so hence, the only meal included in any package is breakfast, Dinner or activities are not included within the price unless specifically noted within said package.
The Lakeside Hotel & Leisure Centre accepts no responsibility in the withdrawal of an external suppliers service.

On any offer using the term “Family” - this entails a room for two adults and a maximum of two children sharing under 12 years of age - subject to room type availability.
Check in time is from 3pm. Requests for earlier check ins may be accommodated upon request only, and may incur a surcharge. Check out time is 12 noon. Rooms not checked in by 7pm without any prior notice may be released without any further contact.
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival - in the event of a no show or late cancellation, a charge of the first nights accommodation will apply.
The Lakeside Hotel & Leisure Centre is a non smoking hotel. In the event that smoking occurs in a room, a cleaning charge of one nights accommodation will apply to the room account without notice.
Upon check in a pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card will be required. Should you not present a credit or debit card, you will be asked to pre-pay your complete bill by cash and you will be unable to charge any item to your room during your stay. Please note that when the hotel takes a pre-authorisation it is not charging your credit/debit card. A pre authorisation is a security guarantee for payment only. The pre authorisation fund is held on your account by your issuing bank. A pre authorisation can be held on your card for up to a period of 10 working days, and should be released by your issuing bank automatically after this time. If this is not the case, then you should contact your home issuing bank.

At the time of booking a 10 cent transaction is taken to validate card and allow booking to proceed. It is immediately voided.
Please be advised we do not have a lift in the hotel- upon request if available we may be able to offer a ground floor room for any person with accessibility requirements.
