Private Dining

The Hotel's main banqueting suite, the Shannon Suite has spectacular views over Lough Derg.  With a capacity for 250 people banquet style it is a perfect choice for wedding receptions , dinner dances, charity lunches and fashion shows.

Oak Room:

For more intimate private dining, our Oak Room has the feel of being in your own dining room at home.  It can cater for up to 50 people banquet style and is ideal for small wedding receptions, christening lunches, communication/confirmation lunches, graduation dinners, birthday parties and retirement lunches/dinner. 

We have a great selection of private banqueting lunch, dinner and buffet menus to choose from or alternatively, our Chef would be delighted to discuss customising your own menu for your special occasion.
