Come and join us at the Lakeside Leisure Centre whatever your need or goals. Our gym is fully equipped with a wide selection of treadmills, cross trainers and exercise bikes to combine all your cardiovascular training needs. We also have a selection of weight  machines to work as your major muscle groups, as well as a free weights studio fully equipped with a huge variety dumb bells and kettle bells to meet all your toning or strength training needs. If you prefer a class environment we offer a wide variety of classes including Zumba for  adults, boot camp, Kettlebells, Pilates, Thumb Boxing, toning classes, aerobics classes and aqua aerobics as well.

Our Leisure Centre also boasts a 17 metre swimming pool, ideal for swimming some lengths or relaxing after a hard work out in the gym. Our pool facilities also include a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and plunge pool to relax and refresh you. We also have a children’s pool and a 120 ft water slide.
